What are your strengths? Now, you should list several examples of your strengths. You need to build your case. You can't just say one or two things. You need to give value to the employer. Let them know what you can do. You don't want to have the hiring manager feel like they're pulling the information out of you. You've got to sell yourself, and no one can sell you better than you. So think from the hiring manager's perspective. If you're the hiring manager, what strengths would you be looking for? Would you be looking for someone who's proactive? Someone who can prioritize their work, meet their deadlines, and work well individually or in a team setting? Someone who is coachable and can take direction? These are just a few ideas.
